Book Keeper (Part-time)

Dead Centre Brewing are currently seeking a capable and flexible book keeper. The role is a part-time position with flexible hours, working from home and/or our business premises based on Custume Pier, Athlone, Co. Westmeath.

The successful candidate will have:

Excellent communications skills.

Practical book-keeping experience including VAT and payroll.

Ability to manage a high volume of invoices.

Excellent IT skills.

Knowledge of a busy pub/restaurant environment beneficial.

Kitchen Porter (Full-time)

Kitchen porter required at Dead Centre Brewing for our new artisan pizza kitchen, dckitchen. This position is based in our premises in Athlone, Co. Westmeath.

Bar Staff (Part-time)

Dead Centre Brewing are currently seeking experienced bar staff and floor staff who have a passion for service and hospitality. We’re looking for people who want to be part of a tight-knit team that will help us to provide outstanding service and a fantastic customer experience.

The ideal candidates must have previous experience working in a similar role and demonstrate a strong work ethic. A keen knowledge of or interest in the craft beer industry is essential. Further and ongoing training will be provided to successful candidates.

The successful candidate will have:

A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience and must have the flexibility to work late nights and weekends.

A commitment to continual professional improvement in the area of craft beers and spirits.

A friendly and outgoing personality.

The ability to drive sales by displaying a deep understanding of the beers, wines and spirits which we serve.
