Who Are Dead Centre?
Dead Centre Brewing is the first and only craft brewery in Co. Westmeath, with a compact 500 liter brewery housed in our bar and pizza kitchen, dcKitchen. Our brewery is all about delivering outstanding beer with incredible pizza. Our dough is made by hand from scratch, proofed for 48 hours and hand stretched to order before being stone-baked. With a year under our belts, and our pizza getting tongues wagging across the country, we are ready to take things up a notch!
So What’s The Gig?
You’ll be joining a team of beer nuts and be given the opportunity to be wildly creative. Our pizzas are famous, but we’re looking to broaden our horizons by adding a range of comfort foods. You won’t just be preparing the food…you’ll be building the menu, suggesting beer pairings and just being an overall boss.
What Do We Expect?
Ideally, you’ll have experience in a busy kitchen and have either worked with or be keen to work with pizza. Being a craft beer fan would also be a plus, but don’t worry if you’re not…we’ll fix that. You’ll be flexible, hard-working, really keen to make a mark in the industry, positive and passionate about producing beautiful food (both taste and appearance).
