The majority of ingredients for the restaurant are sourced locally, from high-quality “farm to fork suppliers”. Great food comes from great ingredients, and it is for this reason that customers are drawn to Dead Centre Brewing year after year.
The menu offering boasts classic Irish dishes along with impressive seafood dishes and a few modern favourites for balance.
Guests can enjoy either lunch, or dinner from our Brewery Menu, then sit back and enjoy the live music to finish off the evening.

Of course, no visit to Dead Centre Brewing would be complete without sampling our selection of craft beers. Our taproom features a rotating selection of year-round and seasonal brews, all of which are crafted with the finest ingredients and attention to detail. From our flagship Dead Centre IPA to our rich and complex Stouts, we’ve got a beer for every taste. We also offer flights, so you can sample several different brews at once and find your new favourite.

Your Booking

  • Your table will be booked for 2 hours for parties of up to 6
  • 2 hours 30 minutes for parties of 7+
  • A credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. In the event you must cancel your reservation, please give us as much notice as possible to avoid charges.
  • Saturday & Sunday Lunch Bookings: We mostly operate on a walk-in basis on weekends, we have plenty of tables that are offered on a first-come, first-served basis
