The Role:

As a General Operative, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly from the brewing process to serving our customers. This is a multifaceted role that requires flexibility, a strong work ethic, and a genuine enthusiasm for our craft.

Key Responsibilities:

Basic Brewery Operations:

Assist with brewing processes, including cleaning and maintaining equipment, monitoring fermentation, and ensuring quality control.

Bar Work:

Serve our customers with a smile, pour pints with precision and share your knowledge about craft beers and brewing.

Events and Festivals:

Represent Dead Centre at local festivals, tastings and events, helping with setup, serving, and engaging with the community.

Packaging:

Help with bottling, canning, and kegging our beers, ensuring they’re ready for distribution.

General Support:

Be available to assist with any other tasks around the brewery as needed.
